| Full Service: Includes All Housekeeping Services, Laundry, Three (3) Meals A Day / 365 Days Per Year, All Campus Nursing Services, Preventive Dentistry. This Does Not Include Any Medications Or Physicians Charges - Pay Option Plan. Under the Fraternal Care Plan this is all inclusive.

| Located in the Scottish Rite Building, these units are either one (1) or two (2) rooms.

Each floor has a lounge for visits, recreation and relaxation, as well as laundry facilities, dining room and dispensary. |
