Payment Plans

Fraternal Care & Pay Plan Options Available

Fraternal Care
Also known as assignment of assets, this admission plan requires all assets and income be assigned to the IMH in exchange for total lifetime care.
Each resident on this plan gets Fifty-Two dollars ($52.00) deposited into their account on the 10th of each month.
Pay Plan
This plan was designed for those who are financially capable of paying for the total cost of care without creating a financial liability to the IMH.
Qualifying under this plan is determined on an individual basis based on assets, monthly income, physical condition and lifestyle desired.
