Anti-Masonry, Alive and Well

To whom it may concern:

We the ministers of ______________ Church feel it necessary to write you concerning your organization. We hope that you will take our concerns to heart.

We know the lodge to by an extremely evil and anti-Jesus organization. Unfortunately, it has managed to conceal this to most of society by claiming to be a Moral and Christian institution. This is a total blaspheming lie. The Masonic Lodge is not, in anyway, moral or Christian. There may be a few saved people who are Masons because of ignorance or because of closing their eyes to the truth. This only makes the situation more sad. 2 Corinthians 6: 14-16 KJV reads: "Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? And what communion hath light with darkness? And what concord hath Christ with Beliah? Or what part hath he that believeth with an infidel? And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? For ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be there God, and they shall be my people."

We know that what is believed by the high-ups of Masonry is not taught in the lower degrees. That only makes the lodge more hypocritical and deceptive.

We know what the lodge really practices and holds as truth:

• Taking of unholy blood oaths
• evil secret ritual
• belief in Lucifer a "God"- Albert Pike
• the evil perversion behind the "Royal Secret".
• satanic symbolism
• perverted worship of phallic symbols

You must realize the evil of your organization; and get out immediately. Following the teachings of the lodge will lead you straight to Hell. The only way to be saved is to accept Jesus Christ as savior from your sins against God. John 3:16 "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life". I Timothy 2:5 "For there is one God and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus". We call you to repent and be saved. Jesus died for your sins and wants you to be saved. You may not have tomorrow, so do it now. James 4:14 "Whereas ye know not what shall be on the morrow. For what is your life? It is even a vapor, that appeareth for a little time and vanisheth away". Then come to church and get on fire for Jesus.

The Lord is compassionate, but a time is soon coming when He will judge. He's coming back to crush the head of Satan and condemn the unsaved to Hell for eternity. The saved will have eternal fellowship in Heaven. It is your choice. 2 Thessalonians 1:7-10 "And to you who are troubled rest with us, when the Lord Jesus shall be revealed from Heaven with his mighty angels, In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ: Who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power; When he shall come to be glorified in his saints, and to be admired in all them that believe (because our testimony among you was believe) in that day."

We will be praying for your salvation, but we Will also be praying for the destruction of the Masonic Lodge. We rebuke its teachings and demonic influence in the name of Jesus. The lodge has no business in this town. The _____ Church of ___________ is here to win people to Jesus. The lodge is here to spread the teachings of Satan.

By the authority given to us by the Holy Spirit we bind your evil teaching and claim a victory for Jesus.

We are praying for your souls in Jesus' name. Get saved and get right with God now. Siding with the devil will only bring eventual distraction for you. God is merciful and just, but He is also a consuming fire.

We will take no action against the Masonic Lodge except for praying and preaching against it. But, we know God and that will be enough. Romans 43:31: "What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us?"

To Whom It May Concern:

First of all, thank you for having the decency to let us know who sent the letter. This is a first. All of the slanderous letters that I have had before from misguided Christians have not done so.

In answer to your UN-Christian letter concerning the Freemasons, I would like to point out that as ministers of the Gospel, you have an obligation to Christ and your Fellowman to tell the truth. You also are under obligation to not bear false witness and engage in character assassination against your fellow Christians who happen to be Masons.

I will rebut each lie in the order that they are listed in your letter as follows:

1. We are not evil and we are not anti Jesus. This is a lie that you will have to explain when you stand before Jesus on Judgment Day. Some Mason haters are convinced that only Masons will be judged. If you are one of those, I refer your attention to Romans 14: 10, 2 Cor. 5:10 and Revelations 20:11, 12,13, and 14.

2. We do not claim to be a Christian institution. That is lie number 2 on your part, not on ours. We are a Fraternity who seeks to promote the Brotherhood of Man under the Fatherhood of God.

3. We do claim to be a fine moral fraternity. This is lie number 3 on your part when you say that we are not.

4. We have not closed our eyes to the Truth. That is lie number 4 on your part. When I became a Freemason 43 years ago, it was not long until I found out that there were people who claim to be religious and will not do the research to find the truth. It is easier to use warmed over lies than to sit down with a knowledgeable Mason who can prove where these lies came from and that they are lies. Many churches have lost the ability to preach sermons on Love and Unity anymore and have to engage in Witch-Hunts and Character Assassination. I fail to see how that can be uplifting to anyone who has experienced the saving grace of Jesus Christ as I have.

5. Your comment regarding 2 Cor. 6:14-16 has been taken out of context due to your belief that we are some kind of religion. It is very easy to use the Bible to prove any preconceived notion when you are not reading it to discover the truth. It should be read prayerfully and not with a vengeance. A Masonic organization led me to seek out the Church of my choice and make a commitment to Jesus Christ. I have come to believe that in their own way the Freemasons are more evenly yoked together than you are. At least we are of the opinion that we should not tell our brothers where and how to worship. I'm sure that all of your congregation does not agree with you in your hatred toward Masons and are satisfied to worship Christ and leave membership in a Fraternity up to the individual.

6. Your insinuation that we are in darkness is another lie. One more time, you have misused the Holy Word of God.

7. The so-called high ups in Masonry are another lie that you have been taught in your false doctrine. We in Masonry are all taught the same Golden Rule and we are all on the same level. You and all the rest of you who believe what they say about the so-called high ups have swallowed one lie after the other to get to a level of stupidity that is beyond belief. The first three degrees of Masonry are the highest. Not the 33rd degree. I have the 33rd degree and I know whereof I speak. There are none of the lies that unscrupulous preacher say takes place in that degree. They impress us to be better citizens, and stronger in our relationship to God and honest with our fellowman.

8. Taking unholy blood oaths. That is someone else's opinion that you have swallowed rather than consider the truth for yourself. Any oath relative to physical penalties is symbolic and is used to impress upon the mind the importance of being true to a brother. If you have anything further to say in condemning physical penalties, I suggest that you read Matthew 18:6.

9. Evil secret ritual. Our rituals teach respect toward God and our fellowman. They are neither evil nor secret. If they were secret how would so-called Christians make thousands of dollars selling their tracts and pamphlets disclosing the so-called secrets.

10. Belief in Lucifer a "God". Get real! Albert Pike said, and I quote, "The Apocalypse is, to those who receive the nineteenth Degree, the Apotheosis of that Sublime Faith which aspires to God alone, and despises all the pomps and works of Lucifer." None of you seem to want to check it out to find what Albert Pike really said.

11. The evil perversion behind the "Royal Secret". I am not sure what you are refining to there and I think that makes us even on this one. I'm sure that you don't either.

12. Satanic symbolism. You didn't elaborate on this one but I am convinced that you have been reading the most horrible tract ever written: The Curse of Baphomet! This is put out by Chick Publications. It is full of lies and it is hard to believe that people of average intelligence can believe such garbage. The only thing that can make symbols evil is teaching bad things about them. We don't do that. You and your teachers are guilty of that, not us.

13. Perverted worship of phallic symbols. I'm sure what you are referring to is Albert Mackey's explanation of the point within the circle. He was explaining that the point within the circle is one of the oldest emblems known to mankind and that it was used in the fertility rites. He did not say that we use it for that and we don't. We teach that the point represents an individual brother and the circle the boundary line of our duty to God and man, guided in that by the Holy Scriptures. When you use this emblem in an evil way, your circle shuts Freemasons out; we draw a larger circle and include you in our prayers.

14. Following the teachings of the Lodge will lead us straight to hell. Shame on you! I would rather stand before Christ on Judgment Day for being a Freemason, than for lying about the Masons.

15. Finally, I found the truth in your letter. The only way to be saved is to accept Jesus Christ as Savior from your sins against God. Of course the scriptures are true; however you are using them for the wrong purpose. Remember that there is no evil so evil as that which is committed in the name of the Lord.

16. Yes, you will be praying for the destruction of the Masonic Lodge. You will hurt the Lodge, but not with your prayers. I am convinced that God is not on your side. Yes you will hurt the Masonic Lodge with your lies, but you are hurting Christianity more. As a Brother in Christ, that concerns me more than what you will do to the Lodge. You no longer can tell Christ on Judgment Day that you did not know what you doing. My Brother in Christ, I have told you. Yes I suppose that somehow, you will win people to Jesus, but it is difficult for me to understand how a church built on a false doctrine can be of benefit to humanity or the Kingdom of God.

P.S. My salvation comes through the atoning grace or Jesus Christ and not through your church. I am thankful to God, that Christ will be my judge and not misguided Christians.

Further, Freemasonry does not have any official spokesman, not Albert Pike, not Albert Mickey or me. Each Mason is entitled to worship God and he understands his relationship to Him. The Masonic Lodge does not assign us a God nor do they tell us how to worship. That is why Masons go to their respective churches. Freemasonry is the best friend that churches have and this is your thanks. Call me sometime, it you are interested in learning the truth. I have a good reference library. When the Knights Templar were burned at the stake, many lies were told on them which are now being used on us. It seems that Christians would rather use these lies on us than to condemn the Christians who tortured and burned the Templars to death.
