The Indiana Freemason Magazine is published quarterly and is delivered to Master Masons in good standing. The magazine strives to provide timely relevant information from around the state. Article Submission Guidelines

The Indiana Freemason publishes four regular issues each year. The magazine is mailed to all Master Masons in good standing with a valid address in the Grand Lodge database.
The four months of issue are: Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall. The issues will be mailed during the following months: January, April, July, and October.
Deadlines
All copy and photographs received by the Editorial Staff by the deadline will be considered for publication. The Grand Master has final approval of all items published in the magazine. The issue deadlines are as follows:
Spring issue-deadline is March 1
Summer issue- deadline is May 24
Fall issue-deadline is September 1
Winter issue-deadline is November 15
Submitting Copy
Articles, news, and feature stories are solicited. Manuscript copy can be submitted either conventionally or electronically.
Conventional: clean typewritten double space on plain white paper.
Electronic: Word Processing files on disk or via e-mail
Submitting Photos
Each photo submitted must be accompanied by a written caption that identifies everyone in the picture with complete names and titles.
Conventional: color prints of at least 4" x 6" on glossy paper.
Electronic: Digital files on disk or via e-mail of at least 300 + dpi resolution.
Photos must be an attached file in either a .tiff, .jpg, or .bmp file.
Photos should not embedded in the email body or in a Word document.
Awards of Gold photos: are not published unless there is some historical or other added importance to the presentation. This determination is at the discretion of the Editor.
